1 Timothy 4:7-8 said: “Train yourself to be godly. For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.”
Training oneself to be godly and training to have a toned body has one thing in common; you are doing it on a regular basis to achieve your goal. To be godly, you need to have regular spiritual disciplines like prayer, fasting, retreats, Sabbath, reading the bible etc. these things when done in a regular basis it’ll make you spiritually healthy just like in your body, if you won’t exercise, train or workout on a daily basis you will going to have unhealthy body that will lead you to being obese and when that time happened you will think of visiting California to have liposuction Beverly Hills.
